Waivers in the Klahaya App

The Klahaya app shows the same waiver status as the website and lets you sign from your phone.

  • Home — when someone in your family has a waiver outstanding, a warning card (“N to sign · Needed before using the facilities.”) appears near the top. Tap it to open the waivers list. The card disappears once everyone is signed.
  • Account › Waivers — the standing entry point. The screen is titled Waivers with the current season’s name, and lists everyone under Adults and Children with All signed or N to sign.
  • First launch — if the club requires waivers, signing is a required step in the app’s setup flow (“Step N of N · Required”). You can’t continue past it until you’ve signed your own waiver and, if you’re an adult, the waivers for the children in your family. Other adults in the household sign from their own login.
  • Self check-in — an unsigned person on the “Who’s checking in?” screen shows Waiver needed and a Sign now link that opens the signing screen directly.
  1. Tap Sign next to a waiver on a person’s card.
  2. The waiver opens with “Signing for (name)”. Read the intro and complete any required fields — the button at the bottom reads Complete required fields or Add your signature until everything needed is done, and scrolls you to the first missing item when tapped.
  3. Under the attestation, Type your full name to sign.
  4. If you’re an adult signing your own waiver, Also sign as parent/guardian for lists your children with each one pre-checked; untick anyone you don’t want to sign for.
  5. Tap Sign waiver.
