Lessons in the Klahaya App

The Klahaya app has the full lesson flow: browse sessions, register or join a waitlist, pay from your cart, and manage your registrations.

Browsing

Section titled “Browsing”

Open the Lessons tab. Programs are listed with their sessions; each session shows the same status pill as the website (Registration open, Early access, Lottery #N — opens…). Tap a session to see its classes. Unlike the website, you can open any session — if your window isn’t open yet the class list tells you when you try.

Each class card shows the level, description, time slot, price (or Free), spots left (or Full) and how many people are waiting, plus a line for anyone in your family already in the class or in your cart.

Registering

Section titled “Registering”
  1. Tap Register, Add to cart or Join waitlist on a class
  2. Under Who is this registration for? pick a person — roster members carry a Roster badge, and Add a family member is there if someone’s missing
  3. Tap Confirm — Add to cart (or the matching confirm label)

If the person is already in another class in that session, the button reads … anyway so you can confirm on purpose. Cart holds last 15 minutes, the same as on the website.

Cart and Checkout

Section titled “Cart and Checkout”

Tap Review cart on the floating bar (or open Your cart). Items show the class, session, time slot, participant, price and how long the hold has left; tap Remove to drop one. Totals include sales tax.

  • Card on file — the button reads Pay $X.XX and opens a Confirm payment sheet before charging your saved card
  • No card on file — Pay $X.XX opens Stripe’s payment sheet so you can enter a card; your spots are confirmed once the payment goes through
  • Free — Confirm N spots registers immediately

After paying you’ll see the Payment receipt screen with the line items, tax, total and card used; a copy is emailed to you.

Your Registrations

Section titled “Your Registrations”

Your registrations lists Registered and Waitlist entries with the class, time slot, participant and price. Tap Cancel or Leave waitlist and confirm. Paid registrations are cancelled by the club — get in touch and they’ll sort out the refund. A live waitlist offer shows as Spot available — respond by [time]; see Waitlist Offers.
