General Settings

Admin > Settings opens on the General tab (/admin/settings/general), which holds three cards: Feature Visibility, Club Location & Weather and Holidays. The other tabs — Payments & Taxes, Popsicles, Notifications, Membership, Membership Dues, Marketing, News, Seasons, Check-in and API access — each have their own page.

Feature Visibility

The global on/off switch for each member-facing feature. See Feature Visibility for the full list of toggles.

Club Location & Weather

The coordinates the daily weather sync fetches for. Weather appears as an overlay on the check-in report.

1. Enter Latitude and Longitude (decimal degrees) and, optionally, an Address (display only) for reference.
2. Click Save.
3. Click Sync weather now to fetch today’s weather, or Backfill from first check-in to fill in history back to the club’s first recorded check-in.

The sync buttons stay disabled until coordinates are saved. Latitude must be between -90 and 90 and longitude between -180 and 180; enter both or clear both.

Holidays

Dates the check-in report treats as holidays, for its Holidays filter and day tooltips. US federal holidays are pre-loaded; add club-specific dates like opening day here.

• Pick a Date, enter a Name (for example Opening Day) and click Add holiday.
• The list shows Upcoming holidays by default; click Show all to see past dates.
• Remove deletes a holiday. A date can hold only one holiday — remove it first to replace the name.

Note

Holidays and weather only annotate the admin check-in report. They don’t close the club, block check-ins or change anything members see.
