Revenue Dashboard
The Revenue dashboard (/admin/reports/revenue) is the treasurer’s view: how much the club took in, from what, and what was left after refunds and Stripe fees.
Choosing a range
Section titled “Choosing a range”The page opens on the current month. Set From and To and click Refresh to change the range. Months and days are counted in UTC so that the totals tie out to Stripe’s own reporting.
Summary cards
Section titled “Summary cards”Six cards summarize the range:
- Gross — everything charged, tax included, net of refunds
- Refunded — money returned to members and guests
- Fees — Stripe’s processing fees, mirrored from Stripe into the portal
- Net — gross less refunds and fees
- Tax collected — the sales tax portion of the gross
- Transactions — how many payments and sales are counted
Gross receipts by category
Section titled “Gross receipts by category”A table with one row per category — Lessons, Team Signups, Concessions (POS), Concessions (Tab), Guest Passes, Merch, Membership Dues, Facility Reservations, and so on — and one column per month in the range, plus a Total column and a totals row. Figures are tax-inclusive and net of refunds, so each cell matches the sum of the Stripe charges for that category and month.
Snack-cart sales are counted whether they were paid at the reader, charged to a family’s tab, or recorded as a direct order; tab charges are placed in the month the tab was settled.
Tax collected by month
Section titled “Tax collected by month”A second table breaks out sales tax by month across every channel, which is what you need for a tax filing. Tax is excluded from the category table above so it is not counted twice.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Click Download CSV to save the category-by-month table (with the totals row) as revenue-FROM-to-TO.csv. Amounts are plain dollar values without separators so they import cleanly.
