Waivers Report

The Waivers report (/admin/reports/waivers) shows per-member waiver completion for the current season, plus two drill-downs. If waivers are disabled it still lists signatures already on file.

The View selector at the top offers:

  • Completion overview — one row per person.
  • Responses — (waiver title) — one view per active waiver, showing each signer’s answers.
  • Guest waivers — every guest signature this season.

The account type filter next to it (All account types, each type, or No account type) narrows the first two views.

The summary reads “N of M members complete · K with no required waivers”. Members who have nothing to sign are hidden by default; tick Show members with no required waivers to include them.

Filter by typing a family or member name, and by All members, Complete or Incomplete. Each row shows the Member (Account holder or Family member), their Family and account number, an Overall badge (Complete or “N left”), and one column per active waiver with the signed date, a “not signed” mark, or a dash where the waiver doesn’t apply.

Export CSV downloads the filtered rows with family emails and a column per waiver.

Pick Responses — (waiver) to see what each applicable person answered. The header summarises each field (“Emergency contact: 42 answered of 45 signed”, “I agree: 45 yes of 45 signed”). Filter by name and by All members, Signed or Not signed. The table has a Signed column and one column per field; unsigned rows are blank. Export CSV includes every field as a column.

The Guest waivers view lists every guest signature this season: Guest, Host member (linked to the family, or “— (public link)”), Waiver, Signed and Source — Kiosk (the waiver pad), QR link, Public link, Member app or Reused (a prior signature reused for a new host).

Click a row to expand the signed name, exact time, IP address and the answers to each field. Filter by guest, member or waiver, and Export CSV to download the rows with answers flattened into one column.
