Buying Guest Passes

Guest passes let you bring friends to the pool. Each guest uses one pass per visit, and passes never expire. You can buy them ahead of time on the website or in the Klahaya app, or at the front desk when you arrive.

On the website

1. From Home, open the Check-ins card.
2. In the Buy guest passes panel you’ll see the club’s price per pass (and “(plus sales tax)” if tax is added on top).
3. Enter a Quantity (1–100). The Subtotal, any sales tax and the Total update as you type.
4. Click Continue to checkout — $X.XX.
5. On Review your purchase, confirm the line item and total. If you have a card on file it is charged immediately; otherwise you’re taken to a secure Stripe checkout page.
6. After payment you see a receipt, and the passes appear on your balance right away. The purchase is listed under Guest pass activity as Purchased.

Note

If the purchase panel isn’t shown, either your account type isn’t allowed to buy passes (you can still see your balance and visits), or online payments are turned off. Ask at the front desk in either case.

In the Klahaya app

1. Open Check-ins from Home and tap Buy guest passes.
2. Use the How many? stepper to pick a quantity. The card shows the per-pass price, the subtotal, Sales tax (or Sales tax (included)) and the Total.
3. Tap the purchase button at the bottom. If you have a saved card the app asks you to confirm the charge first; otherwise Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card sheet opens.
4. The receipt opens once the payment settles and your balance updates.

Guest passes must be paid by card or wallet. If the only payment method on your account is a bank account, the app says so and offers Add a card on the website.

Tip

If you get to the gate short on passes while checking in from the app, the app takes you straight to Buy guest passes and back to the check-in screen afterwards. See Self check-in from the app.

Pricing and tax

The price per pass and the tax treatment are set by the club. The price shown in the panel is what you’ll pay; if tax is included in the price, the breakdown shows “incl. sales tax” rather than adding it on top.
