Account Settings

Your account settings live at Settings (/home/settings). Open it by tapping your name or avatar in the header on any member page.

What’s on the Settings page

Each row opens its own page:

• My Family — Add and manage your family members. See Family Roster and Adding People.
• Notifications — Choose which app notifications the club may send you (below).
• Payment Methods — Manage saved cards and choose your default. Shown when online payments are turned on. See Payment Methods.
• Payment History — View past payments and refunds.
• Waivers — Sign and review waivers for your family. Shown when the club has waivers turned on.

Notifications

Settings > Notifications (/home/settings/notifications) controls which push notifications the club may send to the Klahaya app on your phone. These settings do not affect email.

Tick or untick each category — changes save immediately:

• Waitlist offers — A spot opened up in a lesson class you’re waiting for. These expire in 24 hours.
• Lesson registration windows — Your lottery number is up and you can register for the next session.
• Club announcements — News, events and reminders from the club. A few times a month at most.
• Urgent alerts — Closures, weather and safety notices. Rare, and time-sensitive — leave this on if you can.
• Facility reservations — Your lap-swim and facility bookings: confirmations, waitlist promotions, access decisions, schedule changes and any payment problems.

Note

Notifications only arrive if you have the Klahaya app installed and have allowed notifications on your device. Turning something on here does not install the app. The same choices appear in the app under Account > Notifications, and both places edit one setting.

Editing your own profile

Your own name, email, photo, date of birth, phone numbers and gender are edited from the Logins table on the My Family page — your row carries a You badge. See Family Roster.

In the Klahaya app

The Account tab shows your name and email at the top, then a Membership section (My family, Waivers, Membership dues, Payment methods, Team signups, Payment history, Merch orders) and a This phone section with Notifications, your role and the app version. Report a problem and Sign out are at the bottom.

Tip

If a row you expect is missing — for example Payment Methods — the club has that feature turned off or it is not included in your membership’s account type. Contact the club office if you think that is a mistake.
