Overdue Dues

The club decides, season by season, whether unpaid dues only warn you or also put your account on hold after the due date. Both cases point you to the same place: the dues page.

While dues are owed, Home shows a Membership dues due card: You have $X in unpaid dues. Tap to pay. Clicking it opens the dues page. Everything else keeps working — the banner is a reminder, not a restriction.

You also receive emails: one when dues open, a Reminder in the last seven days before the due date, and a Past due notice once the date passes. Each is sent at most once per season.

When the club has chosen to block overdue families, the day after the due date your standing changes to Past due and the member area is put on hold. Opening any member page redirects you to the dues page until the balance is settled. These pages stay available so you can pay:

  • Membership Dues and the printable statement
  • Payment Methods — add or replace a card or bank account
  • Payment History and receipts
  • Settings
  • Reservations for off-season programs, which are independent of summer dues

Pay by card and the hold lifts immediately. Pay by bank transfer and it lifts as soon as the transfer starts — your dues are marked paid while the money settles. A payment plan set up by the club also restores your standing, as long as each installment goes through.
