Using Guest Passes
Each guest you bring uses one guest pass per visit. Passes are deducted when the visit is recorded — at the front desk or through self check-in in the Klahaya app.
At the front desk
Section titled “At the front desk”- Give the desk your last name or member number.
- Staff select who’s entering and add each guest by name. Names you’ve brought before are suggested, so a regular guest is quick to add.
- When the check-in is completed, one pass per guest is deducted. The visit and the Used entries appear on your Check-ins page right away.
If you don’t have enough passes, staff can sell you more on the spot using the card on your account or by tapping a card on the desk reader. The quantity defaults to what you’re short.
A guest can pay for their own pass
Section titled “A guest can pay for their own pass”Your guest can cover their own pass by tapping their card on the desk reader, whether or not you have passes left. Staff enter the guest’s name and (optionally) an email for a receipt. No account is created and the guest’s card isn’t saved. The pass is credited to your family and used by that visit, so your own balance is unchanged.
In the Klahaya app
Section titled “In the Klahaya app”When you check in from the app, add guests on the “Who’s checking in?” screen. The Guests header shows how many passes you have left. If you’re short, the app takes you to buy more and then back to finish the check-in. See Self check-in from the app.
Guest waivers
Section titled “Guest waivers”If the club asks guests to sign a waiver, staff will send your guest to the waiver pad or offer a QR code for their phone; from the app, your guest signs on your phone or their own. A guest who has already signed this season is recognised by name and won’t be asked again. See Guest waiver links.
