Dues Statement
The dues statement is a clean, printable one-page summary of what your family owes and has paid this season — useful for employer reimbursements, flexible spending accounts, or your own records.
Opening the statement
Section titled “Opening the statement”- Open Membership Dues from Home (or
/home/dues) - Click Print statement under the balance
The statement is also linked from every dues receipt in the Klahaya app as View full statement, which opens it on the website without asking you to sign in again.
What it contains
Section titled “What it contains”The header names the club, your Family, the Season, the Due date when one is set, and the date the statement was Generated.
Charges is a table with one row per item the club bills — for example Dues or Capital Assessment — showing Owed, Credited, and Balance, plus a Payments / credits applied row for credits not tied to a single item. The footer shows the Total balance due. If you overpaid, a note states the credit on your account.
History lists every ledger entry for the season with its date, type (Payment, Bank transfer (processing), Waiver, Credit, Adjustment, or Refund), any note the club added — such as a check number for an offline payment — and the amount. Credits are shown as negative amounts.
Printing or saving as PDF
Section titled “Printing or saving as PDF”Click Print statement at the top of the page, or use your browser’s print command. The portal’s navigation and buttons are hidden in print, so choosing Save as PDF in the print dialog gives you a tidy document.
