Team Signups in the Klahaya App

The Klahaya app has its own team signup flow. You can browse open teams, register your players, pay with your saved card, and edit registrations without opening the website.

Open Team signups from Home. Each team is a card with a sport icon, an Open, Coming soon, or Closed chip, and the date registration Opens or Closes. The Your family section below the list has a My registrations row.

The same account-type targeting applies as on the website: teams the club has limited to other account types don’t appear.

Tap an open team to start the wizard. A segmented progress bar shows Step 1 of 4 (or however many steps the form has) and the step name, and the footer shows the running total. The steps are Players, Contacts, Gear (if the team sells gear), Waivers (if the form has waivers, a signature, or a medical-conditions question), and Review.

  • Players is roster-first: pick each player from your family roster and their date of birth fills in. For someone not on the roster, tap Add someone not on your roster. On a member-type-restricted form, only eligible people are offered and manual entry is off.
  • Competition category, T-shirt size, membership tier (Choose your rate), and gear sizes are tile pickers with every option visible.
  • Contacts collects the Parent or guardian (name, phone, email), an optional Second guardian, and the emergency contact.
  • Waivers shows each waiver with an I agree switch, a Sign with your full legal name field when required, and Medical conditions.
  • The footer button names what’s missing (“Choose a player”, “Complete contact details”) until the step is complete, then reads Continue to ….

Review shows each section as a card with an Edit link back to that step, an order card with Subtotal, tax, and Total, and your saved payment method. If a player already appears on a paid registration for this team, a warning says so before you pay.

With a saved card, the Review step says “We’ll charge … “ and the button reads Pay $X; a confirmation sheet asks you to approve the charge before it goes through. Without a saved card, the button reads Continue to pay $X and “You’ll enter a card securely on the next screen” — Stripe’s payment sheet opens inside the app. Either way, a receipt screen shows the payment afterward and the registration appears under My registrations.

My team registrations lists this season’s signups for your family with a Paid chip and the Total paid. Tap Edit on a player to change their name, date of birth, competition category, or shirt size, or Edit on Contact & medical for guardians, emergency contacts, and medical conditions — the same edits the website allows. Adding or removing players and gear still happens on the website or through the office.
