Limited Logins

Some logins in a family are limited. A limited login is for one person’s own use. It cannot pay, register or make changes for the family.

The club sets this up, most often for a teen who works at the club and needs to sign in as themselves.

You can:

  • Sign in to the portal and the Klahaya app
  • Check in, including self check-in in the app
  • Change your own photo in the app
  • Sign yourself up to volunteer, and log your own hours
  • See your family’s roster, lessons, programs and the store

You cannot:

  • Add a card or pay for anything
  • Register for lessons, teams or reservations
  • Sign waivers
  • Add, edit or remove people on your family
  • See your family’s payment history, tab or dues statement

If you try, you will see Ask a parent or guardian on your family account to do this. Pages for billing and checkout take you back to Home.

If someone in your family has a limited login

Section titled “If someone in your family has a limited login”

Everything they cannot do, you still can. Register them for lessons, sign their waivers and pay from your own login as usual.

Your own login is not affected.

Only the club can remove the limit. It is not removed automatically at 18.

Ask the club office when you would like a family member to have full access to the family account.
