Guest Waiver Links

If the club asks guests to sign a waiver, a guest can sign on their own phone instead of at the front desk. There are two kinds of link.

The club may publish a standing link (something like members.klahaya.net/waiver/public/...) on its website or send it to guests ahead of a visit. Anyone with the link can sign — no login and no host family needed.

  1. Open the link. The page shows the club logo, the waiver title and its text, plus any questions the club asks (for example the participant’s name, or confirmation checkboxes).
  2. Fill in the required fields, then Type your full name to sign and tap Sign & complete.
  3. You’ll see You’re all set — “Thanks for signing. Your waiver has been recorded.”

Signing once per season is enough. When the guest arrives, the front desk (or the member checking in from the app) sees the signature already on file and doesn’t ask again — as long as the name matches what was signed.

During check-in, staff (or the host member, from the Klahaya app) can send a guest a QR code or a text message with a one-time link. The guest opens it, sees “Signing for (their name)”, fills in the fields, types their name and taps Sign & complete. The confirmation says “Thanks, (name). You can hand the device back to the front desk.”

These links are single-use and expire after about an hour. If you see Link expired or Link not found, ask the desk to send a new one; Already signed means the waiver is already on file and nothing more is needed.
