Check-ins Report

The Check-ins report (/admin/reports/check-ins) is an attendance dashboard: totals, a daily chart with weather, an hourly view, and the underlying visit list.

  • From / To — the date range (defaults to the last four weeks; up to a year at a time).
  • Day type — All days, Weekdays, Weekends or Holidays.
  • Weather — All weather, Sunny, Cloudy or Rain.

Click Refresh after changing dates. Day type and weather apply instantly and are remembered per admin. Every number, chart, table and export follows the same filters.

Six tiles show Total check-ins, Avg daily, Adults, Children, Guests and Peak day. Adults and children are split by date of birth (member type when none is on file).

Daily check-ins stacks adults, children and guests per day, with the average high temperature in the heading and a temperature strip underneath. Hover a day for its weather (condition, high and low temperature, and rainfall in inches), the holiday name, and any meets, calendar events or closures that day — those days also carry an Event day marker on the baseline.

Below the daily chart, Average arrivals by hour shows when people arrive across the filtered days, with the average temperature per hour.

Click any day’s bar to switch to Hourly · (date): that day’s arrivals by hour, its hourly temperature, and a lane strip above the bars showing each timed event as a labelled colored band (calendar events keep their calendar’s color). A caption lists every event with its time range; all-day events appear in the caption only. Click Back to average to return.

Click Show details (N) to list every visit in range: When, Family, Members (with names and facilities), Guests, Facilities, Source (Desk, or App with the tag label) and Staff.

Download CSV exports the same rows, with timestamps in club time (not UTC) so late-evening visits land on the right date, and encoded so Excel opens it cleanly. Columns include family, account and legacy member numbers, family emails, member and guest counts and names, facilities, staff, source and tag.
