Concessions Inventory

Inventory is optional and per product. Turn it on for items you want to count; leave it off for things like fountain drinks.

  1. On Concessions Products, expand the product
  2. Under Options, tick Track stock

The row now shows a Stock count, a Low-stock threshold, and Restock / Adjust buttons. Untick Track stock to stop counting; the on-hand figure is kept but ignored.

  1. Click Restock
  2. Enter Units received (a whole number)
  3. Click Add stock

Use Adjust for spoilage, recounts, or corrections:

  1. Click Adjust
  2. Enter Adjustment (+ / −) — a negative number removes units
  3. Enter a Reason (required)
  4. Click Apply adjustment

Every restock, adjustment, sale, and refund is kept as a stock movement on the product.

  • Each sale on the Concessions Cart decrements the tracked products in it as soon as the payment succeeds
  • A concessions refund puts the refunded units back
  • On the point of sale, tracked tiles show Low · N when at or below the threshold and Sold out at zero. Adding an item that would take stock to or below the threshold shows a warning toast, but the sale is never blocked — the count can go negative if the cart genuinely has more on the shelf than the system thinks

Each tracked product has its own Low-stock threshold (default 0). Set it to the point at which you’d want to reorder. The Show low stock only filter on the products page narrows the list to tracked items at or below their threshold.

To get an email when something runs low:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications and find Low-Stock Alerts
  2. Tick the staff and admins who should be notified
  3. Click Save low-stock alert recipients

One email is sent per crossing — when a product drops to or below its threshold — and it won’t repeat until the product is restocked above the threshold and drops again. With nobody selected, no email is sent.
