Popsicle Packs

Popsicle punches are sold in packs of ten. The Popsicles settings page controls what a pack costs everywhere it’s sold.

Setting the Price

1. Go to Settings > Popsicles (/admin/settings/popsicles)
2. In Popsicle Packs, enter the Pack price (per 10 punches) in dollars
3. Click Save Popsicle Settings

The price applies immediately to:

• Members buying packs on their Popsicle Punches page and in the Klahaya app
• Gifts of punches to another family
• Reloads at the Popsicle Checkout

Punch packs are not taxed.

Turning Popsicles On

The Popsicle Punches feature is ticked in Feature Visibility under Settings > General and granted per account type in the Account Type Access matrix on Settings > Membership, so the club can offer punch cards to some membership tiers and not others. Gifting is a separate global toggle in Feature Visibility; gifting popsicle punches requires both.

Note

Buying packs requires payments to be turned on under Settings > Payments. With payments off, members still see their balance and history, and staff can still use punches at checkout, but the buy and reload buttons read Pricing unavailable.

Tip

Legacy paper-punch-card balances can be brought in through Import using the Popsicle punch balances (one-time migration) import type, which credits each family’s balance in one pass.
