All Meets Roster

The All Meets Roster shows every meet and every registered player in one place — one row per player per meet — so you can hand coaches a season-wide attendance picture instead of one meet at a time.

From Admin → Meet Schedule, click All meets roster at the top right (or search “All Meets Roster” in ⌘K). The page opens at /admin/meet-schedule/all.

Two dropdowns above the table narrow the view:

  • All sports — or a single sport (Swim Team, Tennis Team, Water Polo)
  • All seasons — or a single season

A summary line shows how many meets and rows match, and how many of those rows are opted out (“6 meets · 84 rows · 7 opted out”). When nothing matches, the page says “No roster rows for the selected filters.”

Column Meaning
Sport The team the meet belongs to
Date Meet date
Meet The meet’s title
Participant The player
Guardian / Email Guardian 1 from the registration
Status Opted In or Opted Out

Only players on paid registrations are included.

Download CSV downloads the rows that match the current filters. The file carries the full detail columns — the same layout as a single meet’s export, plus a leading Sport column — so a swim-only download and a per-meet download line up. The button is disabled when there are no rows.

The Google Sheets panel connects the all-meets roster to a spreadsheet in the club’s Shared Drive:

  1. Click Create Sheet
  2. Share the Open link with coaches or the meet coordinator
  3. Leave it — the sheet is rewritten whenever a meet is added, edited, or deleted, or any player is opted in or out

The sheet always contains every sport and season, regardless of the filters you have applied on the page. Filters only affect what you see and what the CSV button downloads. See Google Sheets Sync for the panel’s other controls and the Sync Info tab.
