Payments in the Klahaya App

The Klahaya app covers the same money features as the website. Everything below is reached from the Account tab.

Payment methods

Section titled “Payment methods”

Open Account > Payment methods. Each saved method shows its brand and last four digits (for example Visa •••• 4242), a Default label on the one used for club charges, and two buttons:

  • Use for club charges — make this method the default
  • Remove — remove it after a confirmation

Tap Add a card to save a card through the in-app payment sheet. When the club allows bank payments for dues, Add a bank account appears as well. A bank account added by micro-deposits shows Verifying with your bank — check your email from Stripe for the deposit amounts until it is confirmed; it cannot be set as default until then.

Payment history and receipts

Open Account > Payment history. Rows show the type, amount, date, and status. When you have more than one kind of payment, tiles at the top (All, Lessons, Membership Dues, …) filter the list. Tap Load more for older rows.

Tap any row for its receipt: the items, Subtotal and Tax (or Tax (included)), the Total, Paid with the card used, and a note that a copy is on its way to your email. A dues receipt also offers View full statement, which opens the printable statement on the website without asking you to sign in again.

Membership dues

Open Account > Membership dues to see your Balance due, standing badge, breakdown, any payment plan, and payment history — the same information as the website’s dues page. When something is owed, the pay buttons appear at the bottom: Pay by bank first when a verified bank account is on file, then the card option with its total including the processing fee. Paying with a saved card charges it immediately; with no card saved, the app opens the payment sheet.

If your family’s dues are past the deadline and the club blocks overdue accounts, the app opens straight to the dues screen with Your membership is on hold. Pay, then tap Continue to unlock the rest of the app. Manage payment methods and Reservations stay reachable from that screen.
