Checkout & Receipts

Every purchase in the portal — lessons, popsicle punches, guest passes, merch, team signups, dues — goes through the same review and confirmation pages, so paying looks the same everywhere.

The review page

Before anything is charged you land on Review your purchase (or Review your order for merch). It lists each item with its price — lesson items include the class time slot — followed by the totals:

Subtotal, Sales tax (rate), and Total when tax is added at checkout
Just Total with a note like Includes $1.20 sales tax (10.00%) when tax is already in the displayed price

What you see next depends on whether you have a saved card:

Saved card on file — the page names the card (for example Visa ending in 4242) and the button reads Pay $X. Clicking it charges the card immediately; the button shows Charging your card… while it works.
No saved card — the page says You’ll be redirected to Stripe to pay securely and the button reads Continue to payment. On Stripe’s page you can enter a card or use Apple Pay or Google Pay when your device supports them.
Tab mode — for popsicle punches and snack-cart items, a saved card plus the club’s tab setting changes the button to Add to tab — $X. Nothing is charged yet; the amount is settled on the next tab reconciliation.

The confirmation page

After paying you arrive at Payment confirmed with a receipt card showing the Date, Payment method, Total, and a short Receipt ID, followed by the line items and totals. When the club has your email, a banner confirms A copy of this receipt has been emailed to you.

A button at the bottom takes you to what you just bought — View my registrations, Back to Popsicle Punches, Back to check-ins, View my orders, Back to my tab, or Back to membership dues.

If you paid on Stripe’s page you may briefly see Almost done while the portal waits for Stripe to confirm. The page refreshes itself; you do not need to pay again.
