Your Check-ins

The Check-ins page shows every visit the front desk (or the Klahaya app) has recorded for your family, along with your guest pass balance and activity.

  1. From Home, open the Check-ins & Guest Passes card. It shows how many guest passes you have available (or See visit history if your membership can’t buy passes).
  2. You land on Check-ins — “Your recent pool visits and guest pass balance.”

The page only appears when your account type includes check-ins. If the card is missing from Home, your membership doesn’t use the check-in system.

  • Guest passes available — a large count of the passes left on your family’s account. When it reads 0 the card says “Buy passes below to bring friends to the pool.”; otherwise “Use one pass per guest at check-in.”
  • Buy guest passes — the purchase panel, shown only if your account type is allowed to buy passes. See Buying guest passes.
  • Recent visits — your last 25 visits, newest first. Each row shows the date and time, then N members: with the names of everyone who came in, and N guests: with each guest’s name. A name followed by a facility in parentheses (for example “Pool, Tennis”) shows which facilities the desk tagged for that person.
  • Guest pass activity — the last 50 movements on your balance: Purchased, Used, Adjustment (a change made by an admin, with the reason as a note) and Imported (a balance carried over from the previous system). Green amounts add passes; red amounts spend them.

The same information is on the Check-ins screen in the app: a Guest passes count, a Buy guest passes button, Recent visits and Guest pass activity. Pull down to refresh. In the app an imported balance shows as Carried over.
