Merch Products

Merch Store (/admin/merch/products, under Commerce) is where you build the club’s online store. Members shop it from Home once the store is enabled.

The store is off until you tick Merch Store in Feature Visibility under Settings > General and grant it to the account types that should see it in the Account Type Access matrix on Settings > Membership. Sales tax for merch is set under Settings > Payments > Merch Store Tax.

Under Add a product, pick the type:

  • Purchasable — enter a Name, Price ($), and an optional Description (optional), then click Add
  • External link — enter a Name and a Store link (the URL of an outside shop), then click Add. External items appear in the store with a Visit store button and have no price, sizes, or cart

A purchasable product needs at least one size before members can add it to their cart. In the product’s Sizes panel:

  1. Enter a Size label (for example “Adult M”). Leave it blank for a single “One size” item
  2. Optionally enter a SKU (optional)
  3. Click Add size

Click Remove on a size to take it off sale. A product whose sizes have all sold out shows Sold out in the store.

Inventory is optional and tracked per size:

  • Tick Track stock on a size to count it. A badge shows N on hand
  • Set Low at — the low-stock threshold — and it saves when you leave the field
  • Restock records units received; Adjust corrects the count with a signed number and a required reason

A size at zero is marked sold out and can’t be selected in the store. Tracked merch stock is decremented when an order’s payment succeeds.

Each product can have up to eight photos:

  1. In the Photos panel, click Add photos and choose one or more images
  2. The first photo is the Cover, shown on the store grid; use the left and right arrows under each thumbnail to reorder
  3. Click × to remove a photo

Members see the full set as a swipeable gallery on the product page.

Edit the Name, Price ($) (or Store link), and Description in place and click Save. Archive takes the product off the store while keeping its history; archived products offer Restore and Delete.
