Payment History

Payment History lists every payment your family has made through the portal — lessons, team signups, guest passes, merch, dues, and more — along with any refunds.

Opening the page

Tap your name or avatar in the header to open Settings, then choose Payment History. The page is also at /home/payments.

Reading the list

Each row shows the date, a type badge (for example Lessons, Membership Dues, Guest Passes), a status badge, a short description, and the amount. Status badges are:

• Paid — the charge went through
• Pending — still processing (a bank transfer, or a payment waiting on Stripe)
• Failed — the charge did not go through
• Refunded / Partially refunded — the club returned some or all of the money

Rows are shown 25 at a time. Click Load more to see older payments.

Filtering by type

When your family has more than one kind of payment, a row of chips appears above the list: All plus one chip per type you have paid for. Click a chip to show only that type.

Opening a receipt

Click any row to open its receipt — the same confirmation page you saw right after paying, with the line items, tax, total, the card used, and a short receipt ID. See Checkout & Receipts.

Note

Purchases made at the snack cart with a tap on the club’s card reader appear here only if they were charged to your family. Guest purchases are not part of your history.
