Home Overview

Home is your landing page after logging in. It shows a row for every feature your club has turned on for your account type, plus warning cards for anything that needs your attention.

Warning cards

When something needs action, a highlighted card appears at the top of Home:

  • Membership dues due — Your family has an outstanding dues balance. See Overdue Dues.
  • Waivers to sign — Someone in your family has not signed this season’s waiver. See Signing Waivers.
  • Reservation payment failed — A facility session charge could not be collected. See Session Charges.

Club-wide banners (dated notices from the club) also appear above the feature rows. Some can be dismissed with the X.

Feature rows

Depending on what your club has enabled, you may see:

  • News — The three latest club emails, with View all. See News.
  • Lessons — Your active registrations and upcoming private lessons, or a link to browse. See Browsing Programs.
  • Team Signups — Open team registration forms. See Browsing Teams.
  • Swim Meets — Upcoming meets for your registered swimmers. See Viewing Meets.
  • Popsicle Punches — Your punch balance, with a Gift button when gifting is on. See Popsicle Punches.
  • Reservations — Reserve lap swim and other facility sessions. See Reservation Programs.
  • Check-ins & Guest Passes — Your guest-pass balance and visit history. See Your Check-ins.
  • Snack Cart Tab — Your family’s running tab at the snack cart (named after your club’s cart). See Your Family Tab.
  • Membership Dues — Your balance and payment history. See Paying Dues.
  • Merch Store — Club apparel and gear. See Browsing the Merch Store.
  • Club Calendar — What’s happening at the club. See Club Calendar.
  • Volunteering — Hours logged against the season requirement and your shift signups. See Viewing Your Progress.

Home Hub

Settings

Tap your name or avatar in the header to open Settings. From there you can reach:

  • My Family — Edit your family roster and add people. See Family Roster.
  • Notifications — Choose which push notifications you receive in the Klahaya app.
  • Payment Methods — Saved cards and bank accounts. See Payment Methods.
  • Payment History — Every purchase and receipt. See Payment History.
  • Waivers — Sign or review this season’s waivers.

The club also has a native app for iPhone and Android that mirrors Home and adds self check-in at the front desk. Links to portal pages open in the app when it is installed. See Getting the App.
