Admin Home

Admin > Home (/admin) is the first page an admin lands on: a snapshot of club activity and what needs your attention, with the rest of the Admin panel grouped in the sidebar.

The dashboard

Stat cards across the top, each linking to the report behind it:

• Today’s check-ins — people checked in so far today. Opens Reports > Check-ins.
• Revenue (7d) — the last seven days net of refunds and fees. Opens the Revenue dashboard. Reads Payments disabled while payments are off.
• Open tabs — the total outstanding on snack bar tabs and how many are open. Opens Concessions Tabs. Only shown while tab mode is on.
• Volunteer hours — the percentage of families that have met their requirement, with the count. Opens the Volunteer hours report. Reads No active season between seasons.

Needs attention lists the two things that go stale if nobody looks: Open disputes (with the family, amount and evidence due date) and Pool rentals awaiting invoice payment. Each has a View all → link; when there is nothing, the card says Nothing needs attention.

Upcoming lists the next Meets, Lessons sessions and Calendar events, each with a View all → link to its admin page.

Note

Staff logins do not see this page. A staff member who opens /admin is sent to Concessions Products, and their sidebar shows only the staff-reachable areas listed below.

The sidebar

Admin pages are grouped by what they are for:

• Home — this dashboard.
• Members — Families, Waitlist, Transactions, Waivers, Banners, Announcements, Forms.
• Programs — Lessons, Private Lessons, Team Signups, Meet Schedule, Volunteer, Calendar, Pool Rentals, Reservations.
• Commerce — Concessions Products, Concessions Readers, Concessions Tabs, Concessions Reports, Merch Store, Disputes.
• Operations — Reports, Import, Facilities, Staff, News, File Uploads, Settings.
• Point of Sale — Check-in, Popsicle Checkout, Concessions Cart. These open the front-desk flows in a separate view and are marked with an external-link icon.

Staff see a shorter version: Members > Families (read-only), Programs > Private Lessons and Reservations (read-only rosters), the Commerce > Concessions pages, and Point of Sale.

On a phone the sidebar collapses into a menu; the same groups and order apply.

Tip

You do not have to remember where a setting lives. Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the Admin panel to search every page, settings section and record by name — see Command Palette.
