Payment Methods

Saved payment methods let you check out in one tap and let the club charge things you have agreed to — your tab, membership dues, and installment plans — without asking each time.

Finding the page

Tap your name or avatar in the header to open Settings, then choose Payment Methods. The page is also at /home/payment-methods.

Adding a card

1. Click Add card
2. You are sent to a secure Stripe page to enter the card details
3. When you return, the page shows Payment method added. and the card appears under Saved Cards

Adding a bank account

When the club has turned on bank payments for dues, the card title changes to Saved Payment Methods and a second button appears: Add bank account (no fees).

1. Click Add bank account (no fees)
2. On the Stripe page, sign in to your bank to link the account instantly, or choose micro-deposits
3. A bank added by micro-deposits shows a Verifying… badge until Stripe confirms the deposit amounts (1–2 business days). Watch for Stripe’s email

A verified bank account can pay membership dues with no processing fee. Cards remain the method for everything else — a bank account cannot be used for your tab or immediate purchases.

Choosing a default

When you have more than one method, click Set as default next to the one you want. The Default badge marks the method used for card-on-file checkout, tab charges, and any payment plan the club sets up for you.

Removing a method

1. Find the method in the list
2. Click Remove and confirm

Caution

If you remove the card that is your default, another saved method takes over. A family with no usable card cannot add purchases to its tab.

Tip

Your card and bank details are stored by Stripe — the portal only keeps the brand, the last four digits, and the bank name.
