Viewing History

The Hours tab of the Volunteering page shows all volunteer hours your family has logged for the current season.

Viewing Your Entries

1. From Home, open Volunteering and stay on the Hours tab
2. The Recent Entries card lists your latest entries. Click View All to expand the full list, which shows:
   • Date — When the hours were logged
   • Hours — Number of hours
   • Description — Your notes about what was done

Deleting an Entry

If you made a mistake, you can delete an entry:

1. Find the entry in the expanded list
2. Click the Delete button on that entry
3. Confirm in the Delete entry? dialog

Caution

Deleting an entry permanently removes those hours from your family’s total. This cannot be undone.

Note

In the Klahaya app, the Volunteer tab shows the same entries under Your log (tap Show all to expand). Entries can only be deleted from the web portal.
