Concessions Overview
Concessions covers everything sold at the club’s snack cart and popsicle window: two point-of-sale screens, a product catalog with inventory, card readers, family tabs, and reports.
Where Things Are
Section titled “Where Things Are”In the Admin panel sidebar:
- Point of Sale group — Popsicle Checkout (
/checkout) and Concessions Cart (/checkout/concessions). These open in a full-screen till layout with a header linking back to Check-in and Home. - Commerce group — Concessions Products, Concessions Readers, Concessions Tabs, Concessions Reports, and Merch Store.
- Settings > Popsicles — the price of a popsicle punch pack.
- Settings > Payments > Concessions Tax — the sales-tax rate and whether it’s included in menu prices.
- Settings > Notifications > Low-Stock Alerts — who is emailed when a tracked item runs low.
Every admin page is also reachable from the ⌘K command palette by name.

Staff who sign in are sent to the Popsicle Checkout by default; admins land in the Admin panel.
The Snack Cart’s Name
Section titled “The Snack Cart’s Name”Members never see the word “concessions”. The cart’s member-facing name — Snack Cart by default — is set under Concessions Tabs > Concessions Tab Mode > Snack cart name and is used on the member’s Tab page, on receipts (Snack Cart receipt — $X), in tab emails, and as the default label when you register a reader. It applies whether or not Tab Mode is enabled, and can be up to 40 characters.
