Reservation Programs
Reservations let your household book a spot in facility programs that run by session — off-season lap swim, court hours and similar — one session at a time.
Getting There
Section titled “Getting There”From Home, open Reservations (“Reserve lap swim & facility sessions”). The Reservations page lists every open program; the My reservations button at the top shows what you’ve booked, and a Coming up card previews your next few sessions.
If no programs are running you’ll see “No programs are open right now.”

- Approval required — the club must approve your household first
- Request pending — your request is waiting on the club
- Request declined / Your access has expired / Access revoked

- Click Request access
You’ll see Your request is pending. until the club decides, and you get an email (and app notification) either way: “you’re approved” or “request not approved”. If your request was declined or your access expired, you can ask again from the same card.
The Program Page

Each row shows the date, time and a status: Open, N spots left, Full — waitlist open, Full — N waiting, Full, Booking opens [date], Started or Cancelled.
