Pricing & Waivers

Team signup forms support tiered pricing and configurable waivers.

Pricing Tiers

You can set different prices for different member categories:

• Member price — For current club members
• Waitlist price — For members on a waiting list
• Default price — Fallback price for anyone not matching the above

Pricing is calculated per player, so a family registering multiple children pays per child.

Waivers

1. Add one or more waivers to the form
2. For each waiver, provide:
   • Title — Name of the waiver
   • Content — Full waiver text
3. Waivers are displayed during registration and must be accepted before payment

Note

Waiver read-tracking is enforced — members must scroll through the full waiver text before the accept checkbox becomes available.

External Gear Store

You can optionally add a link to an external gear store (e.g., for team uniforms or equipment). This link is shown to members during the review step of registration.
