Form Setup

Team signup forms are configurable registration forms for each sport (swim team, tennis team, etc.).

Creating a Form

Section titled “Creating a Form”
  1. Navigate to Admin > Team Signups
  2. Click on an existing form to configure it, or create a new one
  3. Configure the form:
    • Sport/team name
    • Registration window — When registration opens and closes
    • Form fields — Customize what information is collected per player
    • Active status — Toggle to make the form visible to members

Activating a Form

Forms are hidden from members by default. To make a form available:

  1. Complete all required configuration (fields, pricing, waivers)
  2. Set the registration window dates
  3. Toggle the form to Active
