Account Types

Account types categorize family memberships and determine volunteer hour requirements and registration access.

Managing Account Types

  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings
  2. Find the Account Types section
  3. You can create, edit, or view account types

Common Account Types

  • General — Standard family membership
  • Emeritus — Long-standing members with reduced hour requirements
  • Board — Board members with special privileges

How Account Types Are Used

  • Volunteer hours — Each account type has a base hour requirement per season
  • Registration windows — Lesson registration can open at different times per account type
  • Pricing — Lesson and team signup pricing can vary by account type
  • Family assignment — Each family is assigned an account type per season
