Programs & Sessions

Lesson management is organized in a hierarchy: Programs contain Sessions, which contain Classes.

Creating a Program

1. Navigate to Admin > Lessons
2. Click Create Program
3. Enter the program name (e.g., “Swim Lessons”, “Tennis Lessons”)
4. Save the program

Managing Sessions

1. Click on a program to view its sessions
2. Click Add Session to create a new session within the program
3. Configure the session:
   • Session name (e.g., “Summer 2025 - Session 1”)
   • Start and end dates
   • Linked season
4. Save the session

Tip

Sessions let you organize classes into time periods. For example, a “Swim Lessons” program might have a “June Session” and a “July Session”.
