Creating & Editing Families

Admins can create families manually or edit existing family details.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Families
  2. Click Add Family
  3. Fill in:
    • Family name
    • Account number
    • Account type for the current season
    • Activity enrollments (Swim, Tennis, etc.)
  4. Click Create

Create Family

  1. Navigate to Admin > Families
  2. Click on the family you want to edit
  3. Update any fields:
    • Family name, account number
    • Account type assignment
    • Activity enrollments
  4. Save your changes
