Creating & Editing Families
Admins can create families manually or edit existing family details.
Creating a New Family
Section titled “Creating a New Family”- Navigate to Admin > Families
- Click Add Family
- Fill in:
- Family name
- Account number
- Account type for the current season
- Activity enrollments (Swim, Tennis, etc.)
- Click Create

Editing a Family
Section titled “Editing a Family”- Navigate to Admin > Families
- Click on the family you want to edit
- Update any fields:
- Family name, account number
- Account type assignment
- Activity enrollments
- Save your changes
